Terms of Service
Last updated 6 September 2026
These terms govern your use of AlphaRadar. By creating an account or subscribing you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
AlphaRadar is an information tool, not a financial adviser. It does not provide investment advice, personal recommendations, trade signals or directional forecasts. Every trading decision you make is your own.
1. Who we are
AlphaRadar is operated by Ikeigwe AI Solutions Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number __COMPANY_NUMBER__, registered office __REGISTERED_OFFICE__. Contact: hello@ikeigwe.com.
2. What the service does
AlphaRadar analyses publicly available market data and scheduled economic events to produce a ranked list of financial instruments that may experience elevated price volatility. It measures range, not direction.
The service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. We do not know your objectives, financial position, experience or risk tolerance, and nothing we publish takes them into account.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. You must not use the service where doing so would breach the law in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for determining whether your use is lawful where you are.
4. Your account
- You must give accurate registration information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
- Accounts are for one person. Do not share credentials or resell access.
- Tell us promptly at hello@ikeigwe.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
5. Subscription and payment
Access requires a paid subscription. Payment is taken by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled.
We may change pricing on 30 days' notice by email. Changes take effect at your next renewal, and you may cancel before then.
6. Cancellation
Cancel any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. See our Refunds and Cancellation Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Scrape, mirror, resell or redistribute output from the service.
- Share your account, alerts or dashboard access with anyone else.
- Reverse engineer, or attempt to derive, the scoring methodology.
- Use automated means to access the service beyond what we provide.
- Present our output as your own analysis to third parties for payment.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, without refund.
8. Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. The service depends on third-party market data feeds, and interruptions to those feeds will interrupt the service. We may suspend access for maintenance, and we are not liable for losses arising from downtime, delayed alerts or undelivered messages.
9. Accuracy
Market data is obtained from third parties and may contain errors, gaps or delays. Scheduled event dates and times can change. We make no warranty that any information is accurate, complete or current.
10. Limitation of liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
11. Intellectual property
All content, methodology, rankings and software remain our property. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable licence to access the service for your own use.
12. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access if you breach these terms, if payment fails, or if we discontinue the service — in which case we will refund any unused prepaid period on a pro-rata basis.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days ahead. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
