1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AlphaRadar (alpharadar.co), operated by IKEIGWE AI SOLUTIONS, London, United Kingdom. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Nature of Service

AlphaRadar provides market intelligence and data analysis. It does NOT provide financial advice.

  • All signals, scores, briefings, and analysis are for informational and educational purposes only
  • Nothing on this platform constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any cryptocurrency
  • AlphaRadar is not a registered financial advisor, broker, or dealer in any jurisdiction
  • You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions
  • Past performance of signals does not guarantee future results

3. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must not share your account or allow others to access it
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Subscription Plans

AlphaRadar offers three tiers:

  • Free: Limited access to market data and delayed briefings
  • Pro ($39/month or $374/year): Full access to signals, whale intelligence, and Telegram alerts
  • Elite ($99/month or $950/year): Everything in Pro plus priority alerts, full weekly reports, and API access

Prices are in USD and may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Billing and Payments

  • All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or Stripe's customer portal
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then

6. Refund Policy

  • We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of your first paid subscription
  • To request a refund, email support@alpharadar.co within 7 days of your first payment
  • Refunds are not available after the 7-day window, or for renewal payments
  • Refunds are processed via Stripe and may take 5-10 business days to appear

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Redistribute, resell, or publicly share AlphaRadar's signals, reports, or premium content
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Platform
  • Attempt to access features or data beyond your subscription tier
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
  • Impersonate another user or misrepresent your identity

8. Intellectual Property

All content on AlphaRadar — including signals, analysis, briefings, reports, design, and code — is the intellectual property of IKEIGWE AI SOLUTIONS and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • AlphaRadar and IKEIGWE AI SOLUTIONS shall not be liable for any trading losses, financial losses, or damages arising from the use of the Platform
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, signal, or analysis
  • The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
  • Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in subscription fees in the 3 months preceding the claim

10. Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses caused by Platform downtime.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@alpharadar.co. Upon termination, your access to premium features ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
