AlphaRadar is operated by IKEIGWE AI SOLUTIONS, a company based in London, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal data collected through alpharadar.co ("the Platform").

2. Data We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal data:
- Account data: Email address, name (optional), account creation date
- Authentication data: Managed by Supabase (our authentication provider). We do not store passwords directly.
- Subscription data: Subscription tier, Stripe customer ID, payment history (managed by Stripe)
- Telegram data: Telegram chat ID (if you link your Telegram account), linking timestamp
- Usage data: Custom watchlist selections, feature interactions
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type (collected automatically via server logs)
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and maintain the AlphaRadar platform and services
- To manage your subscription and process payments via Stripe
- To send you alerts and notifications via Telegram (if linked)
- To personalise your dashboard experience (watchlist, tier-based content)
- To improve our services and signal quality through aggregated, anonymised analytics
- To comply with legal obligations
4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
We process your data under the following legal bases:
- Contract performance: To deliver the services you have subscribed to
- Legitimate interest: To improve our platform, prevent fraud, and ensure security
- Consent: For optional features such as Telegram linking and marketing communications
- Legal obligation: To comply with applicable laws and regulations
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
- Supabase (EU/US): Authentication and database hosting. Your account data is stored in Supabase's PostgreSQL infrastructure.
- Stripe (US): Payment processing. Stripe handles all payment card data — we never see or store your card details. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Telegram (UAE/UK): Alert delivery. Only your Telegram chat ID is stored if you choose to link your account.
- Anthropic (US): AI-powered analysis. Market data (not personal data) is processed through Claude API.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy for full details.
7. Data Retention
- Account data: Retained while your account is active, deleted within 30 days of account deletion
- Subscription data: Retained for 7 years as required by UK tax law
- Usage data: Retained for 12 months, then anonymised
- Server logs: Retained for 90 days
8. Your Rights (GDPR)
Under the UK GDPR / EU GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
- Rectification: Correct inaccurate personal data
- Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restriction: Restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances
- Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent, withdraw at any time

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including: encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), secure authentication via Supabase, row-level security on database tables, rate-limited API endpoints, and regular security reviews.

Some of our service providers are based outside the UK/EEA. Where transfers occur, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions).
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
