Risk Disclosure
Last updated 6 September 2026
Trading leveraged financial instruments carries a high risk of losing money rapidly. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
AlphaRadar is not advice
AlphaRadar is a market-data and analytics tool. It provides general information and educational commentary only. It does not constitute investment advice, a personal recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument.
We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and we do not provide regulated investment services. We do not know your objectives, financial situation, experience or risk tolerance, and nothing we publish takes them into account.
No forecasts, no signals
The service measures the likelihood of range expansion — that a market may move more than usual. It expresses no view on which direction a market will move, and produces no entry, exit or position-sizing guidance.
A market ranked first is not a recommendation to trade it. It is an observation that scheduled catalysts and measured price behaviour coincide there.
Seasonal patterns fail
The seasonal windows underlying the service are based on physical and institutional mechanisms — storage cycles, harvest windows, contract expiries. These mechanisms are real and recurring, but:
- They do not produce elevated volatility every year.
- Timing drifts with weather, policy and market structure.
- Macroeconomic conditions routinely override them entirely.
- Past behaviour is not a reliable indicator of future results.
Data limitations
Market data comes from third-party feeds and may contain errors, gaps or delays. Scheduled events can be rescheduled. Alerts may be delayed or fail to deliver. Do not rely on the service as your only source of market information.
Leverage
Contracts for difference and other leveraged products can produce losses exceeding your deposit. A high proportion of retail accounts lose money trading these instruments. Understand the product and your broker's terms before trading.
Your responsibility
Every trading decision you make is yours alone. You are responsible for your own analysis, risk management and position sizing. If you are unsure whether an investment is suitable, seek independent advice from a suitably qualified professional authorised in your jurisdiction.
