What does AlphaRadar actually do?
It identifies which markets carry a seasonal volatility driver in the current month, then ranks them daily by how close the next scheduled catalyst is and how tightly the market has compressed. You get a short ordered list rather than a scanner full of alerts.
Does it tell me to buy or sell?
No. It measures range, not direction. A market at the top of the list is where volatility is most likely to arrive next — the direction, entry and risk are yours. If you want a signal service, this is not one.
How often will it message me?
Only when the ranking changes materially — a new market takes the top spot, something moves two or more places, or a score shifts significantly. In practice that clusters around scheduled events, so expect a handful of messages a week rather than a constant feed.
Which markets are covered?
Indices, energy, metals and FX. The specific set changes every month, because the seasonal roster changes. September is an energy and expiry month; December looks entirely different.
Why only three markets in the alert?
Because you cannot meaningfully trade seven at once. Three is what fits a session. You can change this to five or the full roster in your account settings.
Do I need a particular broker?
No. The analysis is on the underlying markets. You trade wherever you already trade — just check the instrument naming on your platform, since brokers differ.
What timeframe does it suit?
Swing and positional trading, holding hours to days. It is not built for scalping, and it will not tell you where to enter on a five-minute chart.
How do Telegram alerts work?
Sign in, open your dashboard, and click Connect Telegram. You tap a link, press start, and the connection binds to your account. No phone number is stored. Alerts stop automatically if your subscription lapses.
Can I set quiet hours?
Yes. Events fire around the clock — some land in the small hours. Set quiet hours in your timezone and nothing arrives during them.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from your account or by email. Access continues to the end of the paid period. See the refunds policy — there is a full refund inside 14 days of your first payment.
Is my payment information safe?
Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store card details.
Can I see whether the rankings were any good?
Yes. Every ranking is recorded, and monthly performance is compiled — how often each market was ranked highly, and whether it actually expanded. That record is kept whether it flatters the system or not.
